When will I get my reward?
We pay rewards monthly, the month following your check-out date. For example, if you booked in March for travel April 15-20, your reward will be paid in May. Checks are mailed at the end of the month.» Back to Top
How are rewards paid?
We send a check to the address you provided when you signed up with BusinessTravelRewards. Once a check has been sent, it will be recorded in "My PAID Reward History". How do I reserve a hotel room?
Once you have signed up to book on BusinessTravelRewards, here's how to book a hotel:

- Choose the city where you need a hotel
- Enter the dates for your stay
- Click the "Search " button to view available properties
- You can either “select” a hotel to begin the reservation process; or view properties by property types and amenities, compare up to three properties side by side, or view the search results on a map.
- Select the Room & Rate button to begin booking the property or review the property description, photos, take a virtual tour or see area attractions near the property.
- Choose the room and click "Book Now".
- Review the reservation information in the box on the right to make sure everything is correct.
- Review the Cancellation Policy thoroughly, check the Terms & Conditions box and click the “Book Reservation” button to complete your reservation.
- Check your e-mail for a confirmation e-mail.
What if I can't find the hotel I'm looking for on BusinessTravelRewards.com?
All of our inventory is available on BusinessTravelRewards.com. If the hotel you are looking for does not come up when you search it may be sold out for those dates. If your travel is flexible, please try alternative dates.
If you call in to make a booking and the phone agent has a property available that is not listed on the BusinessTravelRewards.com site, this would be an agency/GDS property. We do not recommend trying to book any properties that you do not find on the BusinessTravelRewards.com site. Rewards are not paid on these properties.» Back to Top
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive an instant confirmation on most reservations that you can print out. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail after you complete your reservation that will include the dates of your reservation and the total cost. Online bookings generate an instant email that contains your itinerary number, confirmation number and reservation details. Phone bookings generate a confirmation email only when you provide the phone agent with a valid email address. Once your card is charged, the phone agent will provide you with a confirmation number.

Can I book by telephone instead of online?
Yes, but please be advised that you we do not recommend booking by phone. BusinessTravelRewards.com is designed for booking hotels online. To book by phone, you will be calling Hotels.com directly and need to give your BusinessTravelRewards.com discount/promo code in order to have your reservation credited to your BusinessTravelRewards.com account (which is done automatically when you book online).
To book by phone, you must have an account with www.BusinessTravelRewards.com and have your unique ID number, called your discount or promo code. This code is used to identify you with BusinessTravelRewards so we can track your bookings and send you rewards. This is done automatically when you book online. To book by telephone, call 1-800-780-5733. Choose new reservations. You will be prompted to enter your discount/promo code on your telephone key pad. Enter your BusinessTravelRewards discount/promo code. Only identify yourself with your discount/promo code. We do not recommend booking by phone since BusinessTravelRewards.com is designed for booking hotels online.» Back to Top
How do I pay for the hotel?
All reservations are prepaid using a charge/credit card for the room plus tax recovery fees. The actual card billing address is required for security during the booking process. The name on the card and the guest's name do not need to match.» Back to Top

What if I have a special request for the room?
Requests for smoking/non smoking rooms, specific bedding, and types of rooms can be made at the time of booking. There is a special field on the secure reservation page designated for these requests. Room types are typically confirmed, and smoking preferences are noted in the reservation, but are on request with the hotel and based upon availability upon check in.» Back to Top
What if I need to review, change, or cancel my reservation?
to view/cancel a reservation.You will need the booking’s itinerary number (from the confirmation email you received) and the email address used when making this booking. In the event you are changing a booking, the original booking must be cancelled and rebooked. Should you need to call 1-800-780-5733 to make a change, please remember to give your discount/promo code when calling. If the reservation is changed and your discount code is not recorded, the booking will not be credited to your BusinessTravelRewards account and we cannot pay you your reward.
Please note you may still be subject to change and/or cancellation fees that the hotels impose and require us to pass on. The easiest way to find this information when booking is on the Room and Rates Tab of the individual property. You can also find the change and cancellation policy while making the reservation. The easiest way to find the change and cancellation policy for a hotel room you've already reserved is to consult your confirmation email.
